Behind the brand
The journey began with a personal search.
For years, Elenita Verhagen, as a natural born hair stylist, worked closely with women and salons and saw how deeply hair is connected to confidence. Yet many of the solutions available felt overly processed, uncomfortable, synthetic or far removed from the natural beauty women were looking for.
She believed it could be done differently. What followed was not a quick product launch, but a mission. Elenita travelled across countries and continents, working at various salons, meeting with suppliers, visiting communities and learning the realities behind the global hair industry. Her goal was clear: to find hair that was truly natural, ethically sourced and untouched.
Here, it became personal.
After a long and dedicated search for the best, it finally came together. She built relationships with trusted partners who shared the same values of respect, quality and transparency. Only when the right sources were found, did the foundation for Cèlia Blu begin to take shape. She has only one goal in mind: To make Cèlia Blu’s unprocessed hair the new worldwide standard for those who need it and those who want it.
