Which personal data do we process?

We process the following data when you use our website or contact us:

Sharing with third parties

We only share your data with third parties when necessary for our services or when legally required. We have data processing agreements in place with these parties. The following parties may have access to data:

• Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, reCAPTCHA)
• Microsoft (Clarity)
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram Pixel)
• SalesFeed (recognition of business visitors)
• Our hosting provider
• Our email provider

Our forms are protected against spam by Google reCAPTCHA. When you submit a form, Google receives technical data such as your IP address and browser information. The Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

We use SalesFeed to create statistics about the origin and behaviour of business visitors to our website. Based on the IP address, SalesFeed shows which organisation a visit comes from (name, sector and location from the Dutch Chamber of Commerce register) and which pages were viewed. We do not use this to identify individual visitors. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving our website and services and in getting to know salons that are interested in Cèlia Blu. SalesFeed does not place tracking cookies. It stores an anonymous visitor number in your browser and keeps its data in data centres in the Netherlands.

If you consent to statistics cookies, we use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our website, for example through heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity masks sensitive input such as form fields by default. SalesFeed can also record visits from hair salons. We keep these recordings for up to one year and they are not made on our medical pages or account pages.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we process about you
• Have incorrect data corrected
• Have your data deleted
• Restrict or object to the processing
• Transfer your data to another party
• Withdraw previously given consent

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

If you have a complaint about how we handle your data, please contact us first at info@celiablu.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
